Salim or mung bean noodles are Thai sweet that is popular in Thailand and can find in sweet street vendor. Mung bean noodles have multi colors, normally green pink and white. Mung bean flour will be mixed with water and food coloring and use Salim press to make noodles. It will be served with coconut milk and crushed ice, very nice in hot summer.
