Sour Curry with Vegetable Omelet (Thai Food) - Kaeng Som Cha Om Kung แกงส้มชะอมกุ้ง

This curry is very popular in Thailand due to delicious taste and a unique Thai flavor. Climbing wattle or Acacia Pennata will be used to made omelet and use in this recipe. If you cannot find it, you can change to any vegetables that you like. Normally this curry will be cooked with shrimp but you can change to fish instead if you cannot eat shrimp.
