Thai Steamed Cone Cake (Thai Dessert) – Kanom Kuy ขนมกรวย

This Thai dessert is a simple one but it is hardly found nowadays. It has taste and ingredients similarly as Kanom Thuai or Thai coconut milk custard but using banana leaf instead of ceramic small cups to steam it. The name Kuy or cone in this dessert comes from banana leaf in cone shape. It is a nice Thai sweet that everyone should try it.
