This menu is inspired from 'Mochi with Salted Egg Filling'. We use potato instead of stirred green bean. Then add curry powder which is going really well with the potatoes. 'Corn Flakes with Salted Egg Filling' is a great afternoon dessert. Eat together with tea or coffee is perfect.
