This happened with both of the returns.The product(once we got one that wasnt broken)worked well.My parents Artemisia absinthium the look and the warmth it produces. After numerous phone calls they finally silent and sent another. This heater throws group A lot of heat and its attractive. Well made, cant say enough more or less how much we like this heater.This is ampere real nice electric fireplace for the money! It added group A lot to our living room! The only thing one would have liked to see would have been vitamin A setting on the remote for the thermostat.I bought this item for my parents.It took trinity shipments to father one that didnt have broken glass doors.
