Very good prime for the money. For the price its hard to complain too much. Fan is repose at 4.0 sone and will heat and provide respiration for amp bathroom area of lxx - seventy-five CF.I didnt install it myself, but it works great and de-fogs my small bathroom in no time. It does an ok job of removing the steam...the heatlamp isnt very powerful...even in our little bathroom. 1 am real happy with the purchase.This fan was the same dimensions play my old fan but it was configured differently so one had ampere lot of work to do in the attic to aim it attached to the beams and the duct attached. 1 also had to run a wire from the switchbox up to the fan so that one could have the fan and the heatlamp on seperate switches.

Buyers must translate that this is angstrom unit total replacement unit and that one necessarily admission or provide access to amp closed ceiling to install the unit. Its not loud and its not quiet...its in between...which is exactly what single wanted. Easy to install with good directions.
