iPad mini - Touchscreen issue (Auto touch)

My friend found this issue as you seen on the video it's start from can't touch acculate then now seem system auto touch on the screen. You can see the home page auto move to left or right and auto typing when use spotlight search.

Basic troubleshoot
1. Soft reset from settings issue persist
2. Hard reset (home+power) still persist
3. Restore iOS from iTunes still remain

So i think i have to send this unit to claim with Apple

Just sharing maybe someone found this kind of issue like me.
