The owner launched his Soba restaurant when he was 23.
As soon as he graduated from a high school he started to learn how to make Soba.
After he made the decision, he went to Osaka where his grandfather was.
He practiced Soba training 5 years in Osaka, he came back to Fukuoka and opened his own Soba restaurant.
