5AM START! MAX 30 Servings of UDON NOODLES then he CLOSES SHOP!

He opens his shop at 5am and is only open for 3 hours! After he sells 30 servings of Japanese udon noodles he closes his shop for the day! People travel from all around just to eat at his shop at this early hour in the morning. He really worked hard to get his noodles to taste the way they do. Please enjoy watching his hard work!
