Former TRUCK DRIVER works 18hr Days Cooking Tonkotsu Ramen! Tokyo Food

This former truck driver got off his truck to make some of the best Tonkotsu ramen in Tokyo. He gets to his shop at 4am to prepare the ramen and works till he closes his shop at 9pm, then after some clean up he gets ready to do it all again! What a hard worker!
