How Is this 100 Year Old Restaurant that is FALLING APART still open?

The grandson and grandfather duo run this 100 year old restaurant that is falling apart but they are fighting to keep it open with crowdfunding support as a 4th generation family run restaurant. They often work in silence already in tune with each other as they work in the tiny kitchen. We admire their spirit!
