This busy restaurant is run by a North Korean Defector who put her life on the line to escape the clutches of Kim Jon Un and open a Pyongyang noodle shop in Japan! We were blown away by her incredible story of survival and her tough work ethic, while she cooks, serves, and preps while being 9 months pregnant! What an amazing story and her positive attitude and laugh melted our hearts!
