Cannot run the macro...The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled

See above for error message.
"Cannot run the macro...The macro may not be available in this workbook or all macros may be disabled". This happens on brand new buttons. I even created a button for Hello World and it never made it to the code.

[1st Way]
- Right click at MS-Excel file
- Select check box name "Unlock" at the buttom right of file properties
- Click apply, see the check box disappeared
- All done, you can run macro properly

[2nd Way]
All Macros are enabled through Trust Center...
