Tofu Tikka [Vegetarian] - (Tao Hu Tikka Jay)

Tofu Tikka is an Indian vegetarian food. It's hot and spicy. Fragrance of spices comes from onions and garlic. But for the Chinese vegetarian food in J - festival, you cannot eat onions and garlic. So we use Masala powder which has so many spices, such as clove, cinnamon, cumin and other spices that give a mellow taste to this menu.
