[Thai Dessert] Coconut Sweet Rice Flour (Kanom Jak)

is a Thai dessert from the wisdom of the ancient past. The main ingredients of Thai style dessert are flour, coconut and sugar (from sugar cane or coconut). Then wrapped in nipa palm leaves. Kanom Jak is very famous in Chonburi province. For this recipe, I adapt by mixing coconut, black sticky rice flour and sugar which come from my own family recipe.
